One month after the launch of AITO’s new M7, the number of Dading exceeded 80,000, quickly becoming a strong dark horse in the new energy vehicle market. It is worth mentioning that in October, the AITO’s new M7 series delivered 12,700 new cars, of which 10,547 new cars were delivered by AITO’s new M7, and the delivery of a single model exceeded 10,000 in a single month, a record high. Recently, Cyrus Auto executives said in an interview that from supply chain to production and manufacturing, Cyrus Auto is going all out to achieve "vertical volume" of production and delivery.
The technological integration innovation behind the product boom
As the first sample to explore the new model of the industry, the successful creation of the AITO Q & A series is inseparable from the cooperation between Huawei and Cyrus, and what the two sides have come up with is basically the "baby" of the family.
According to sources familiar with Huawei’s cooperation with Sailis, Sailis has invested more than 20 billion yuan in the field of new energy vehicles in the past few years, and more than 12 billion yuan in the AITO project alone; Huawei’s research and development in automotive-related technologies began as early as 2009, with an annual R & D investment of about 10 billion yuan and direct R & D personnel exceeding 7,000.

The high-strength steel and aluminum alloy accounted for 80.6% of the vehicle, and the submarine-grade thermoformed steel accounted for 24.4%, far exceeding the industry level. A total of 100 + vehicle safety tests, 10,000 + simulation analysis times, and 1,000,000 + simulation analysis cores were invested in the development process, truly achieving a leading safety structure of the same level.
In the earlier AITO M5, the two sides carried out bold technological innovation, and the products adopted an all-aluminum alloy chassis to achieve a million-dollar luxury car configuration. Compared with the traditional steel chassis, it can bring the lightweight effect of the whole vehicle, with greater stiffness and strength, more stable and safe handling performance, and improved driving confidence and ride comfort.
In the process of developing the AITO M5 smart driving version, various components such as lidar need to be added. Relying on the improvement of the vehicle design, the industry-leading results such as no increase in vehicle weight, battery life improvement, and NVH improvement have been achieved. When the AITO M5 standard version was released, it caused quite a stir in the industry. The intelligent range extension technology jointly created by the two engines allowed the model to increase the cruising range again under the condition of unchanged hardware, reaching an astonishing 1455 kilometers, far exceeding other competitors in the industry.
Process innovation to create high-quality products
The deep integration of Cyrus and Huawei has innovatively created a complete set of intelligent development, intelligent manufacturing and testing systems. Starting from research and development, testing standards have been strengthened, the sample size of testing has been increased, and the testing time has been lengthened, which is 4 times that of the industry. In addition to the three-high test outside the field, it also simulates various climate environments in the field to do functional, performance and durability tests.
In terms of supplier factory inspection, power batteries, range extenders and other power core components are subject to special project control. Each component of the supplier’s factory must undergo 100% automated testing, and the test data is transmitted to the Saili Automotive Smart Factory in real time to ensure that every component shipped to Sailis Automobile is 100% qualified, and the whole process is automated to remove human factors.
After the vehicle is off the assembly line, it has achieved 100% full inspection of the vehicle, and through independent research and development of automated detection technology, a comprehensive physical examination of each car is carried out. Through the whole body "CT scan", more than 400 functions and more than 4,000 signal interactions of the vehicle are automatically tested, and the test data is uploaded to the cloud in real time to achieve "one car, one physical examination report" to ensure that every car that leaves the factory is 100% qualified.
In addition, Sailis Automobile has also completed the construction of the end-cloud integrated platform, covering the whole product life cycle.
