Fog and haze weather in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will affect most parts of northern China.
CCTV News:According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, on October 31, rain and snow occurred in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Jilin, and fog or haze occurred in North China and Huanghuai. It is estimated that in the next three days, cold air will affect most of northern China from west to east, and there will be snowstorm disaster risks in northern Xinjiang, northeastern Inner Mongolia and northern Heilongjiang, paying attention to the impact on transportation, energy supply, agriculture and animal husbandry. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other places pay attention to the influence of fog or haze weather on traffic and human health.
I. Domestic weather conditions
1. Reality
(1) There was rain and snow in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Jilin yesterday.
From 8 o’clock yesterday to 6 o’clock today, small to medium snow appeared in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, western and northern Heilongjiang, and western Jilin. The snowfall, rain or sleet in northern Xinjiang is 1 ~ 5 mm, and the local area in Tacheng and Altay is 10 ~ 18 mm; Moderate rain and local heavy rain occurred in parts of southeastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin and northeastern Liaoning.
(2)Fog or haze weather occurs in Huanghuai and other places in North China.
Light to moderate haze occurred in parts of central and southern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, northern Henan and eastern Hubei, and local haze was severe. This morning, fog with visibility less than 1 km appeared in central and southern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaodong Peninsula and Sichuan Basin, and visibility in some areas was less than 200 meters.
2. Key weather forecast
(1) Fog and haze weather in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
From November 1 ST to November 2 nd, there will be light to moderate haze weather in central and southern North China, including severe haze in central North China, heavy fog in some areas, and strong fog or extra-strong fog in the local area. From the evening of November 2 to the night, affected by cold air, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in the above areas gradually improved, and the fog and haze weather weakened and dissipated.
The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a foggy yellow warning at 6: 00 on November 1..It is estimated that there will be heavy fog in parts of central and southern Hebei, most of Beijing, Tianjin, southeastern Liaoning, central and northern Sichuan Basin, and central and western Chongqing from the morning of November 1, among which some parts of central and southern Hebei, southeastern Beijing, central and southern Tianjin, southeastern Liaoning, northern Sichuan Basin and other places have strong fog with visibility less than 200 meters, and central and southern Hebei and central and southern Tianjin have extremely strong fog with visibility less than 50 meters.
(2) Cold air will affect most parts of northern China.
From November 1 ST to 3 rd, cold air will affect most parts of northern China from west to east. The temperature in the central and eastern parts of northwest China, Inner Mongolia, North China, Northeast China, Huanghuai, Jianghan and other places will drop by 4 ~ 8 C successively, and the local temperature in the central part of Inner Mongolia and the central part of Northeast China will drop by more than 10 C. The above areas are accompanied by 4~6 winds, and the gusts in central and western Inner Mongolia are 8~9. There are moderate to heavy snow, local snowstorms or heavy snowstorms in some areas of Altay, Xinjiang, eastern Inner Mongolia and central and western Heilongjiang.
In addition, from November 4 to 6, a new cold air will affect most parts of central and eastern China from north to south. The temperature in most parts of China will drop by 4~6℃, and some parts of the north will exceed 8~10℃, accompanied by northerly winds of 4 ~ 6. There are small to medium snow (rain) or sleet in the northern and northeastern parts of North China, local heavy snow or blizzard, and rain turns to sleet or snow in Liaoning and Jilin.

Among them, there are heavy blizzards (10 ~ 12 mm) in Altay area of Xinjiang and northeastern Inner Mongolia. There is light rain in parts of southwestern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, northeastern Liaoning, northern Xinjiang, central Sichuan, southwestern Yunnan, Hainan Island and Taiwan Province Island. There are 4~6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia and northern Hebei (see Figure 1).

From 08: 00 on November 2 to 08: 00 on November 3,There are small to medium snow or sleet in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, north-central Heilongjiang, northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang basin, northern and eastern Tibet, southern Qinghai and southwestern Gansu, among which there are heavy blizzards (20 ~ 25mm) in parts of northern Altay, Xinjiang and northwestern Heilongjiang. There are small to moderate rains in eastern Heilongjiang, central and eastern Jilin, northern Liaoning, southwestern Shaanxi, central and eastern Sichuan, Chongqing, northern Guizhou, western Hubei, western Henan, Hainan Island and Taiwan Province Island, among which there are heavy rains (25 ~ 45 mm) in central Sichuan and northeastern Chongqing. There are 5 ~ 6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, central Jilin, eastern Liaoning and northwestern Shaanxi (see Figure 2).

From 08: 00 on November 3 to 08: 00 on November 4,There are small to medium snows in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, northern Xinjiang, northern and eastern Tibet, south-central Qinghai, northern Sichuan Plateau, etc. Among them, there are heavy snowstorms (10 ~ 12 mm) in parts of Altay, Xinjiang; There are moderate to heavy rains in parts of southwestern Shaanxi, eastern Sichuan, central and eastern Chongqing, western Hubei, western Henan, northern Anhui, northern Jiangsu and northwestern Guangxi. Among them, there are heavy rains (50-60 mm) in western Hubei and northeastern Chongqing. There are 5 ~ 7 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, central Jilin, Liaodong Peninsula and northern Xinjiang, among which there are 7 ~ 8 winds in parts of northern and eastern Xinjiang, and the gust is 9 (see Figure 3).
